Job Location: Mumbai
Vacancy: 2 Nos.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Formulate, discuss and finalise Annual Budgets for customers handled in discussion with Manager / AM considering the company's growth and profitability.
Ensure customer satisfaction through timely support & service on pre and after sales issues such as specification framing, managing offers and negotiations.
Identify product gaps, service gaps through market intelligence, competitors analysis and market trends study and decide on measures to counter competitors strategies in close co-ordination with Manager.
Identify need for product approvals / certification / registration & facilitate smooth process of approval.
Organise enquiry generation, framing of specifications, offer submission, attending tender openings, preparation of comparative statements, analyse competitor's offers, discussions on offer, negotiations and conversion of offers to orders.
Execution of orders in co-ordination with Manager / AM and respective business groups and customers in respect of:
Drawing approvals
Arranging / getting waiver of inspection.
Despatch authorisation, commercial documentation like road permits.
After sales service co-ordination.
Payment follow-up & ensure timely collection.
Closure of order and collection of all statutory documents like C-forms, Bank Guarantees etc.
Visit to installations of competitor's products & preparation of detailed reports giving feedback for improving our products / highlighting better features of own products.
Identify ongoing market trends and discuss and formulate business strategies with Manager / AM.
Obtain customer feedbacks, performance certificates, appreciation letters from key accounts and customers. |
